Dr. Grace Steck

Veterinarian

Dr. Grace Steck grew up in central Illinois and first discovered her passion for veterinary medicine while studying abroad on a game ranch in South Africa. The experience gave her the opportunity to work closely with animals in a unique environment and sparked her interest in
pursuing a career dedicated to their health and well-being.

Dr. Steck earned her Bachelor’s degree from Truman State University before returning to her home state to attend the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she moved west to Salt Lake City, drawn by the opportunity to explore Utah’s beautiful
mountains and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Her professional interests include ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and ultrasonography. She enjoys the variety of veterinary medicine and the opportunity to combine problem-solving with compassionate, individualized care for each patient and their family.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Steck enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, reading, and sewing. When she’s not exploring Utah or working on a sewing project, you can often find her relaxing at home with a good book and her cat curled up on her lap.
