1. 10/10 THE BEST experience with a Vet office we have ever had. We had our appointment for vaccinations today for our new puppy at 4:30 and we were out by 5:00. The doctor was attentive, absolutely amazing with our high energy puppy, and was incredibly personable and answered all our questions! They had a great trick for keeping our puppy calm while we were there. The entire staff there were amazing from check in to payment. We are 100% genuinely going to keep coming back here and use them for all our animals.

  2. A Gentle Vet was recommended to me by my dog trainer and I can see why! I had the best experience at A Gentle Vet! Everyone that I talked to on the phone was friendly and pleasant. My dog can be reactive towards other dogs and they allowed her the space she needed so that our visit could be calm and stress free. Dr. Vetter was very kind and respectful. They're up front with fees, don't push anything on you, and the environment is so welcoming. I waited months for them to accept new clients again and am so grateful we are now part of their fur family!

  5. A GENTLE VET SAVED MY DOG’S LIFE! My Golden doodle, Fergus, needed an emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction. The reception staff/techs were so helpful, kind, and understanding and got me in right away. The surgeon was AMAZING and had a detailed and thorough procedural plan. She kept me in the loop prior to and after surgery and Fergus’ operation went incredibly well. A Gentle Vet helped me find an emergency care center for Fergus’ overnight stay and communicated Fergus’ needs with the staff. They made my job so easy and just generally took exceptional care of my dog and me. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Fergus is alive because of them! Thank you A Gentle Vet!!!!

  6. We have been taking our dog to A Gentle Vet for several years now. We have had a great experience so far. I have at time been nervous to bring him in because of not knowing exactly how he will react to being there. But it has gone fine. They are very patient with him and treat him well. I feel like e doctors there are in fact gentle! Our dog had to be sedated to get some fox tails (those poky weeds!) out of his ears that were down deep. Poor thing. I felt like they handled him well. They threw in a nail trimming while he was sedated (good idea) as a courtesy. Things like that are very helpful and go a long way, I feel, for the customer service experience.   7. I rushed my puppy here on a critical basis right after they closed. The staff and doctor were kind enough to stay late and examine my puppy. The doctor seems very knowledgeable in caring for animals. Just hoping that we can figure out what's going on with her.

  8. They made me feel like I was doing a good job caring for my bulldog and I felt they genuinely cared about him. They were very kind and loving with him during the examination taking moments just to pet and calm him. They not only looked over his issues for which i was visiting but also did a general examination to make sure there weren't other problems of which I wasn't aware. My dog wasn't particularly cooperative for things but they made it seem like it was fine. Where other vets in the past have been mean or overly physical with him they were patient and kind with my dog and myself. Found my new vet. Thanks Dr Olson.

  17. A friend of mine recommended A Gentle Vet to me, and they did not disappoint. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. They explained everything in a clear and comprehensive manner. The pricing is very reasonable and you truly get the feeling that they are there because they love pets. I was recommended to buy prescription cat food, which needs to be approved by the vet before a retailer will sell it. I was super impressed with the speed of which they approved my request. Overall, me and my kitty had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

  19. I do not typically write reviews but I was so impressed by Dr. Olson and his team that I had to! They were very accommodating to my reactive dog and the whole appointment went great! Dr. Olson was so thorough in explaining the different treatment options and was completely transparent about prices. I highly recommend bringing your pets here and can assure you that they will care about your furbaby as much as you do!!
